Some renderings of a pen that I designed during the Industrial Design Intensive course at the Umeå Institute of Design.
Aim of this exercise was to develop skills in 3D modelling and rendering.
I therefore took the opportunity to explore simplicity as a concept, trying to develop a minimalistic language that would yet take in consideration functionality.
The result is visible in this renderings that were a lot of fun to make but allowed me also to understand how Keyshot works, and apply previous knowledge in composition and photographic techniques.
